Lou Scheinfeld

Without Lou Scheinfeld all of our favorite Flyers and Sixers memories would have taken place at the "Keystone Arena". They would have been at the same building, but it was Lou who gave the great arena the name "SPECTRUM". Lou has served as the VP of the Flyers (1966-1972), President of the Spectrum (1972-1976) and President of the 76ers (1980-1982). He is credited with introducing Kate Smith's "God Bless America" as a Flyers' pre-game song. Make sure to check out and support Lou's newest venture, The Museum of Sports (click logo on left).
